Under the rate guarantee rules that took effect at Desjardins on March 14, 2022, mortgage applications must be entered in an approved mortgage platform by midnight. The rate guarantee applies only to the product and term chosen by the borrower (not to all products and terms in the rate bulletin for brokers).
Summary of rate changes:
This rate sheet will be the only one available starting January 24, 2025.
Please find below the heating charges estimation tool, our operational procedures guide and the list of departments supporting brokers. We are also sending you the Desjardins statements and consents form (in French and English) that need to be filled in and sent to Desjardins Mortgage Financing Services with each mortgage application.
